The final piece of the Season 11 puzzle for Vanderpump Rules is the three-part reunion special that forces everyone to film together on one stage. This even includes newcomer Jo Wenberg, whose friendship with Tom Schwartz made for a dramatic subplot for Katie Maloney as she tried to move on from her ex-husband. But having everyone together in one place after such an explosive finale makes you wonder when the Season 11 reunion for Vanderpump Rules was filmed.

After Ariana Madix left Kyle Chan's party at the end of the finale and again refused to film a confrontation with ex Tom Sandoval, fans questioned why she wouldn't speak to him, after months of avoiding him. She explained in the after-show that her contract states she doesn't have to film anything that she doesn't believe is real. And even though she refused to have a long-awaited talk with Sandoval, the finale ended in such a way that fans were left waiting for the reunion to see if time healed any wounds.

When was the 'Vanderpump Rules' Season 11 reunion filmed?

Filming for the Vanderpump Rules Season 11 reunion took place in March 2024. Lisa Vanderpump shared a few details with Us Weekly following the taping, and she teased a "slow build." Which is probably a good thing, since the reunion features three parts.

But, she also told the outlet, "It ends up with us all in tears." And viewers see some of that in the promo for the reunion, with Ariana tearfully admitting that she doesn't know who Sandoval is, and Sandoval insisting that his actions and words on the show are not fake and that it isn't all an act for cameras.

But just in case anyone is worried about this being the end of Vanderpump as we know it, there's little chance of Bravo giving up on its baby now. According to the network, ahead of the reunion, Season 11 had already averaged 4.5 million viewers on all platforms. And Season 11 was even the most watched season of a Bravo series on Peacock. So at least the cast has some job security to make the reunion tears worth it.

How many parts is the reunion for Season 11 of 'Vanderpump Rules'?

Vanderpump Rules never does anything in a small way, so it should come as no shock to anyone that the Season 11 reunion has three parts. That means the actual final episode of the eleventh season will air on May 28. It also means that Andy Cohen made sure to carve out enough time to really get down to the nitty gritty with the cast before everyone takes an extended break from filming.

But that's not exactly where it ends. Because on May 29, a Vanderpump Rules: Secrets Revealed special lands on Peacock exclusively. It's yet another chance for fans to get wrapped up in new drama, and what better way to help tide yourself over until new official episodes come back?

Watch Vanderpump Rules on Tuesdays at 8 p.m. EST on Bravo.
