So, was Angela Deem fired from '90 Day Fiancé'?

Although Angela and Michael finally showed up in Episode 10, fans were eager for updates on Angela Deem and Michael Ilesanmi leading up to their Season 8 entrance. Angela's noticeable absence, coupled with the ongoing drama of her split from Michael, has sparked rumors that she may have been fired from the TLC series.

In fact, several fans assumed this was the case after an Instagram user stated that Angela would no longer appear on the show. However, the 90 Day Fiancé star quickly denied this, simply replying, "Lies." Angela also responded to another Instagram user, revealing that her episode of Happily Ever After? was "coming soon."

"Stay tuned," Angela told listeners. "I am not fired. I am here to tell y'all … I'm not fired. I'm coming soon. Just pay attention to the episodes closely. It was a living hell."

She added, "I'm coming back. I'm just getting started."

Of course now we know that Angela and Michael are indeed back, as evidenced by their Episode 10 return and the ongoing concern from Angela that Michael won't pass his Visa test. But it still makes you wonder why the couple's edit is so different this time around.

Angela Deem has been accused of abusing Michael.

As many fans know, Angela and Michael's relationship was incredibly toxic. The blonde often lashes out at her husband during their segments on 90 Day Fiancé, and sometimes, their arguments turn violent, like when Angela smashes a cake in Michael's face.

Angela's temper also gets the best of her in an October 2022 episode of 90 Day Fiancé, when she pays a surprise visit to Michael in Nigeria. She's upset that he has an Instagram account, and when she asks him to shut it down, he says he would if she gives him $5,000.

Convinced that he is scamming her, Angela heads to Nigeria and goes directly to Michael's house. When she arrives, she sets her sights on his car and proceeds to destroy it with her bare hands. Now, despite the revelation that Angela was paying for all of Michael's things, including his car, her actions remain unjustifiable!

Plus, in late February 2024, Michael went missing for a few days. After he was found, he contacted the police and revealed he feared for his life and did not want Angela to know his location because he was hiding from her.

In May 2024, Angela shared a screenshot on Instagram of an article that claimed Michael doesn't "deserve" sympathy. Under the screenshot, Angela cryptically wrote, "#TRUTHWILL SHINE. #USAUNITEDWESTAND."

So even though Angela is back on 90 Day Fiancé, it might be only a matter of time before viewers see another downfall of her relationship with Michael.
