The Carter children haven't had it easy, whether it's because of their own issues or truly horrific tragedies. Out of the five siblings, three of them passed away in drug-related situations: Leslie in 2012, Aaron in 2022, and Bobbie Jean in 2023. The Carters had a cantankerous divorce that involved the matriarch being arrested for assaulting her ex-husband's new girlfriend. Aaron also accused his parents of stealing from him.

Nick Carter has also struggled with his own addictions and has been accused of multiple incidents of sexual assault by four different women. The first accusation came to light in October 2017 when an unidentified woman claimed he sexually assaulted her at a party in 2006. Since then, three more women have come forward. Two of these women have filed lawsuits against Carter. In April 2014, Carter got married which leads to a few questions — who is his wife and has she said anything? Here's what we know.

Has Nick Carter's wife said anything about the allegations against her husband?

As of the time of this writing, Lauren hasn't made any public statements about the accusations against her husband. In all likelihood, this is something their attorney advised her to do. The only vague response came in the form of a retweet from November 2017, per the International Business Times. Lauren retweeted a tweet from actor Michael Rapaport about not taking sides "sight unseen." He then goes on to reference the Scarlett Letter and fact-checking accusations.

Carter has denied every accusation against him. He has even gone a step further than that and countersued the two women who have filed lawsuits against him, per People. In each lawsuit, Carter claims that both women are opportunists who were seeking looking to "destroy innocent lives," in the pursuit of financial gain. Carter says because of their accusations, he has lost $2.3 million in potential revenue.

Nick Carter's wife is really into crypto currency.

According to her Instagram bio, Lauren is the founder of Crypto Cafe which is based out of Los Angeles, Calif. Their mission is to make the needlessly complicated and wildly confusing cryptocurrency "simple and accessible for everyone," per their website. This is a far cry from Lauren's earlier days as an actor although it's fairly closely related to her brief stint as a YouTube Fitness influencer, via People. That pipeline is pretty straightforward.

The couple shares three children, two girls and one boy, after speaking openly about suffering several miscarriages. Lauren told People in January 2021 that one was a "second-term loss, which is more ... just more traumatic and there's a lot that goes into it." She went on to say that the lesson she took from those miscarriages was that she had to learn to let go because sometimes you have no control over a situation. "If your body's going to work out, it's going to work itself out."
