What’s the most valuable lesson you’ve learned from your time creating content online?

AS: Quality is more important than quantity. I’ve never been someone who has streamed often but I think putting out more quality broadcasts goes much further than more frequent, lower-quality streams. That being said, I’ve got many colleagues that are able to do both. Unfortunately, I do not have this skill.

What’s your No. 1 distraction?

AS: My biggest distraction is probably traveling. I’m on the road constantly and love exploring new places. Sometimes it’s hard for me to set time away to work and I find myself distracted by an exciting new adventure or trip.
